As is the standard...This is the widescreen version (download for fullview). For every other size you could want, please go here .The original intention was to make a mock-up propaganda poster, as seen here in "Victory of the Daleks". Then Arch showed me a poster already made by BBC. Still wanting to do something with the image ('cause I thought it was cool the moment I saw it last week), I just decided to make a wallpaper.
It's really simple, just cleaned up a little with some added stripes and textures. The text at the bottom is on the actual poster, which I thought was a really neat touch.
I'm so going to print out some of the posters and hang them up around campus...you know, for kicks. 8D

(Heh, I feel uncomfortable asking this sort of thing, but is it possible I can borrow at least the landscape oriented base [since I'm guessing the poster on the BBC site isn't] for a LiveJournal header, with credits, of course? I've been wanting a Doctor Who header for ages but I just couldn't find anything that fit my graphic sensibilities, and of course, propaganda-style art with Daleks is always a winner with me.)

I originally found the texture here at stock.xchng , but you can't download it unless you sign up (which really isn't that bad, since I personally use it frequently for stock pictures). Uh...I would upload it to like, my Photobucket, but the image is 4.3 mb. XD;
