Anaxagorath of the T'chog people is an artisan-enchanter, as most of his kind is by nature.

The T'chog are not a natural species but descend from humans, twisted by the Dragon Fleshsmiths of old into their current form who in this case didn't care much for aesthetics. This is why the Dragon invasions of ancient times are also known as The Reshaping, as Dragons were fond of playing with the flesh of every creature that they saw as a lesser being and almost all of the current intelligent species in the multiverse descend from Dragon servants.
The Dragons gave the T'chog the ability to naturally imbue any object that they crafted with magic except for weapons, also removing their ability to weave magic except into objects as a precaution, and had this servants made them objects of beauty for their hoardes. Eventually the Dragon Khans and their empires would crumble under the weight of their own greed and cruelty and their creations would be left to fend for themselves. The T'chog do pretty well for themselves, they didn't have to change much about how they operate except they now serve themselves.

Anaxagorath takes advantage of the proclivity of spellweavers to consume the different narcotics across the planes to make his coin.
