The expressions are also very fitting. I like how the two in the background aren't tards while the one in the front, who doesn't know what's going on to begin with, is.
The animation within itself is very, very smooth and individually, they're all very good animations. I tip my hat to you for being able to have three emotes doing three different things on the same canvas, but--

--the two emotes in the back's animation goes way too fast.
First thing I'd do with that (personally) is copy all the frames over so it makes two full loops, and in one of the loops, make the orange one not blink. Second thing I'd probably do is either slow down the entire animation, give the green one one to three more itchy spaces (IE, bring the hand up and right one more frame), or have the green one hold its hand at the top and bottom for two frames, rather than one. The two in the back--their animation is just way too fast. Smooth, but fast.
Only other thing I see that strikes me as off is that the two in the background appear to be floating and are the same size as the one in the front. Not very good perspective. I'd put shadows under them all, and if that still makes them look odd, make the two in the back 14x14 pixel emotes or 13x13 pixel emotes or the one in the from a 16x16 pixel emote or a 17x17 pixel emote.
