Also depends on jaw-strength of the fairy in question as well as sharpness of teeth...
Optimally, I'd say that the bite could be as deep as a third to half a centimetre... given that the fairy's body looks to be the same size, if a little bigger than, as the girls hand.
So yeah, chances are there'd a fair bit of blood.
Please note that I have no actual measurements for the fairy and therefore my estimation could be wayΒ off.
