I love almost everything about this work, but I have to say, at first, I thought the girl at far left was choking. I know that when one sings, sometimes one may draw the eyebrows down as you have depicted, but is it not true that most of the time, the eyebrows are high and stretched out on the forehead, as in an expression of ecstasy?

Ah. :'3 Well as someone who has been singing since I was a child, I know that more often than not your expression looks a lot more similar to what our lovely poster has shown (provided the person isn't focused on trying to keep their face a specific way, say, for a performance). When singing comfortably, particularly when hitting high notes and trying to accomplish good volume, the face tends to be a bit er....scrunchier, I guess you could say.

Videos of operatic or broadway singers are good; oftentimes they rely on their own volume and projection and you can see the effort involved in their expressions. :'3

Beautiful. I have a bard character myself, this made me smile, remembering the stories I've told, still tell, and have yet to tell about her. That and it makes me long for the day I can find someone to draw my comic book idea. Thanks for the inspiration.
