I am semi satisfied with how this turned out. I just wanted a dragon sitting on a birch tree. Haven't done anything in watercolor in a while though and I think it shows.Related content

Your dragon is beautiful, It reminds me of a mockingbird for some reason. I could never make a dragon in watercolors. I supposed I just don't poses that talent. But you do it here so very well.

Very good! I was thinking of doing a shadow dragon (Dungeons and Dragons type of dragon) and they've got translucent scales. I think it might work with water color if I'm careful enough.

Looks awesome to me. There's this thing about traditional painting (when done right), it's hard to explain, but it looks so great - and when I see something like this, a dragon or another fantasy, sci fi or whatever thing drawn traditionally, it's just so cool. Most people who do this kind of art simply stick to digital art for some reason. I guess it varies from person to person, but for me, it's mostly because I suck really hard at traditional painting.
