A birthday gift forHappy birthday dear and have a nice day! (I wanted to be the first to give you a gift and wish you!
I wanted to thank her for her amazing gift the other time loicasade.deviantart.com/art/T⦠so I had to make her a gift and...I somehow ended up drawing something from my post-apocalyptic/futuristic story for Rurouni Kenshin: "Kurojudai"
At this point Kenshin and Kaoru had their first night!
(Sorry my scanner "ate" a small part of below -a few cm so no mind- and because it got a bit messy while I was spreading the color it appears there on top!
Sorry!)I do not mean to brag but I am satisfied at how it came out.
Of course I have a long way to go but I am glad it came out in a satisfying level at least! 
I hope you like it my friend...Now now I know what you may be thinking about Kenshin's Rapunzel hair and stuff. I decided that in my futuristic story, Kenshin's hair is way longer than the original, once more thanks to 's picture. Kenshin's hair reaches almost below his hips in this story, not just the waist as in the anime. Kenshin probably thiks of trimming it a little before it reaches below his knees and becomes trouble! (
)I won't say what occures here cause I do not mean to spoil it but I assure you I have something really emotional in mind!

I am not sure where the window shall be in my story but I would guess it would be a very small one. Just not sure where it should be! ]Should I put a mature content? I thought it was not necessary since the bedsheets cover everything and there is nothing "indecent" about it if you ask me... I am asking though
Oh boy it's the first time I post so many things related to a story of mine BEFORE actually posting it!

From my experience the more characters you put into the drawing/painting the harder it becomes to get the poses and heights right, yet you kept the characters height ratios good and that means you improved

Specifically now the two books I bought were:
City of Horizon: The first Egyptian Mystery
City of Dreams: The second Egyptian Mystery.
It follows Huy the scribe who lost his job after the death of Pharaoh Akhnaten and tries now to survive in the new order of things, especially now that he had showed his love for got Aten so now he is technically considered "dangerous" for the new order of things, where Ammun is back and strikes all Aton/Aten followers and stuff.
[Apparently the series is more than trilogy but I think the books can be read on their own without finding ALL of them...I think 
I read good critiques about his writing, though ]

Aww thank you so much. I struggled with the shadings especially for bedsheets and bodies. I tried to make contrast with Moonlight and shadow.
