The first panel has great detail,your work definitely paid off.My only critique is that Charlie's shirt in the second last panel blends into the background a little,maybe some more shading could help.THIS COMIC IS ABOUT TERRORISTS AND HOW C. AND CHARLIE MUST ESCAPE THEM!!! 
By the way,is this comic going to be long (spanning over a year or more) or is it just a mini comic (spanning over a month or less)?

the first thing that caught my eye was the amazing background actually, so though I'm sure it took many slaving hours to work on, it definitely paid off in the end

Background is really pretty and detailed. Only things to point out were a couple of misspellings, like "comming" instead of "coming", but those are readily understandable. Can't wait to see the rest! :3
