I was chewing on my glow stick at my friends house and for somereason it broke and it went all in my mouth and it was soooooooo nastyyyyyyyyy!!!!!

I photoshop you go to the "Image" dropdown menu, then select "Image Size", and a pop-up window will appear giving you various choices on how to resize (document size, pixels, or resolution).
