If it's the last work AngelicKitty does on KP (not that I'm into it), it's a good wat to go out. Excellent colours (always a high point) and lovely line work, on technical terms this is excellent.
Yes, it's girl on girl action, but it's not gratuitious, unlike some pictures I have come across. It shows the love between the two characters, and also the love the artist has for these characters and their universe.
So overall, this is a fine final piece. It may be the last Kim Possible fan art you do AngelicKitty, but hopefully not the last piece of art you produce. Keep up the good work!

It has always been said that to try to draw two characters together in an embrace is incredibly difficult. It's not as easy as simply drawing one over the other. You're forced to take into part the 3rd dimension of it. Not to mention the interactions of the bodies as well.
That said this piece does of incredibly good skill in making it look natural. Granted I would say the kiss is a basic lining which is decent and doesn't look awkward. The look of the interaction of the two bodies is at the very least believable and intimate to the piece.
Considering the artist's topical art work of this fandom. This piece summarizes all of what she has done with this series. The natural and pure love of the two characters does come to a peek in this piece that is majestic to say the least of what she has done. The lighting brings out the soft tone, which of course in this artist's career has been her greatest strength. One that I have always admired and shows it's power here.
I have to take points away for the fact that I wonder if this picture was forced or if the artist was just hit with a last second of inspiration to do this last piece. Considering that KP fan art has been a very constant theme to her art. I wouldn't say it's original, at the very least I would hope that she wanted to draw this out of wish.
Putting aside the fandom of the piece. This artwork is purely for the cartoonish angelic style that many people love. Others might see this piece as being "too simple" considering it deals with an apparent true love of characters. But I think you should put aside what you're hoping it should be and enjoy what it does offer and what it does so wonderfully.
All in all, If this truly is the last of all the KP fan art that Angel does. I would be satisfied. This is a very well felt picture

Now that's a beautiful picture... and a wedding I would have liked to attend! I can't explain why, but I've always liked the idea of the two women - not girls: *women* - falling in love with each other. Perhaps it's the whole idea of "love your enemies."
In fact, a friend of mine, and sister-writer, wrote a KP fan-fic years ago called "Love Your Enemy", in which the following happened: Shego was getting ready to go home after school one day shortly before the nd of the school year when she overheard Ron and Bonnie in the Girls' Showers (she told Kim about it later); the principal (president of the school?) informs Shego her "family" left to go on an ocean cruise around the same time, and their ship sank in a huge storm (which she tells Kim later); and in the same conversation, Shego confides to Kim that her "family" had been abusing her for years. In short: the two women befriend each other; fall in love; conjoin their lives and start a family together.
And, as you said so eloquently, "They lived happily ever after."
And, to quote the Kinleys (a country-music group from the 90s: sisters Jennifer and Heather) from their album "Just Between You and Me": "Love Rules!"

Well, if this is your final work on this amazing couple, you couldn't have done it better, my friend. I really like it. The kiss scene is so intense and so beautiful. They would make a perfect couple, it their wedding was for real. I like Shego's facial expression and Kim's also very pretty. Keep it up!

As always, beautiful colouring. I like Shego's attire (even if I can only see the top part) in here than the usual wedding attires. I can only imagine how her entire dress look like.
