Considering they've never been shown ever in a game, and Partners in Time showed that she was raised by Toadworth (since she was a baby and was only seen with him, no other father figure), I would assume they're dead.

I do wonder why Daisy had even a single relative ever seen though, even if it was only in the movie. Seems a bit unfair, especially since Peach has been around longer.

Well even then, if you're referring to the live action film, that Daisy is very much like Peach, being blonde and put in a pink dress.

But I do understand that it's unfair.
