This character looks great but I have a few suggestions. Maybe not make her an alicorn. If she's an ancestor of Zecora then she wouldn't be an alicorn. There are characters who are royalty in the MLP universe that aren't alicorns, like King Sombra for example. You could also try making the hair more straight or wavy and not as curly. Look at pictures of zebras and try to make a hairstyle based on their mane. Other then that the color palette is wonderful. All the colors go together and are easy on the eyes. So the OC is good but I suggest you need my advice and tweek her a bit.
