Description DID YOU ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND?

ARE YOU READY FOR EVEN MORE UPLOADS?

BECAUSE I HAVE MANY MORE. SO MANY.

Sure you all already know Dean by now, since he's the only OC I talk about with any frequency these days. 19 year old musician from planet Doria. Composed a song that strongly bad-mouthed his planet's fascist government, and so Dean's brother Dan (a semi high-ranking government official) had Dean sent to a prison called "The Library". Dean, like all prisoners, was fitted with implants that could alter his body's gravity to keep him in line. If he disrespected a guard or punched another prisoner, they could make his body too heavy to move. But Dean being stubborn and scrappy, led to him getting 4 times the normal amount of gravity implants to keep him in line.

Dean was released after a year (against Dan's wishes), and dumped in a ditch. In constant pain from his implants, he was rescued by the hacker, and fellow anarchist "Rho" who hacked Dean's implants, reversing the neural feed, letting Dean control gravity to some extent. Rho delivered Dean to Godhand, the leader of a high-class gang, for further care. Dean became addicted to a drug called LM-17 or "Lime" which kept his pain at bay, but rendered him colorblind, and with severe withdrawal episodes.

Dean made it his goal to destroy the corruption in government, and eventually exposed a scheme to mind control the lower-class population into submission and obedience. Worse yet, the programmer for the pacification tech was Dean's ally Rho. Dean confronted Rho, was soundly beaten, and left with his trademark X-Scar on his face. Unable to fight alone, Dean enlisted help he'd found along the way.

Ultimately, Rho betrayed even the government, and used a fleet of small robots to enslave the entire population of Doria. Rho, a resident of a different planet (Makon), sought to cripple his homeworld's economy by causing devastation in Doria. Dean confronted Rho and managed to stop his scheme, but failed to bring Rho to justice.

Implants that control gravity, huh? That sounds like that would be a pretty effective method to keep prisoners in line...
