What a very interesting technique of having parts of the character blurred, usually used to show motion, but here its used to create perspective and contrast.Β So fascinating o.o

Yess! I need to do this way more often
It's so easy to do too ;; but I had to remember to put the arm on a separate layer, so it doesn't blur whatever's behind it

I draw like I normally do and when I'm done I use the blurring tool on the part I want to look blurred. (Usually near edges)
