Description When I do collaborations, one of the most maddening things is trying to come up with a design for someone else's character. It can be stressful trying to balance the drawing between something THAT resembles the creator's OC and something the creator he or she isn't going to hate.Β  I go through reams and reams of paper with my own characters and even more so when I try to find that look for someone else's.Β  Anyway I think I finally managed to get something I like with Phoenixcreed's creation Anne. This is just a sketch that I colored in, but I like the results of it and I think I'm on my way to getting Anne looking right for her fight with Mayydayy's girl Kim Hart. (whom I'll be putting up a sketch of as well) Anyway the fight is going to be part of an EFFA collaboration. I'll be reffing their bout, so no shenanigans, or else!

Anyway be sure to check out Phoenixcreed's i ncredible art as well as Mayydayy's and stop by the EFFA and join up if you want to go and collaborate with other artists and have your girls beat on each other

Thats the upside from 3D-ing. You don't need any artistic talent, you don't need throw everything away, when something went wrong; only the stuff you don't like.
Ánd off course the save-restore function of our computer is véry handy. I hardly ever throw everything away, there is mostly at least sómething worth saving.

Having that said, if I wΓ³uld have any talent (and patience), I would probably use paper and pencil too. But I don't, so computer it is.

Say beautiful; this Anne woman... she is just fist fodder, right?

Thanks! When I get to the few drawings I'll do for the bout I know that I will never recreate the hang of that skirt which will drive me bonkers! motion is always something that makes me crumple hundreds of sketches into little balls on the floor! SQUISHES

lol so do I! Anne was kind of tough to get a bead on when I was drawing her. I have a ton of sketches that just weren't cutting it.... I'm still not done with her final look yet... but I know I'm on the right track! SQUISHES
