Unnamed hybrid fellow, lounging art-room pose style. I rarely draw muscle and needed some practice. Muscle is difficult for me, and difficult to do well because it's not "hard" like most folks think. Yeah, it's hard when flexed, but usually it's just... meaty and squishy. So I wanted to try a very organic muscular pose that wasn't "stiff". I like to think I did well, even if his belly goes just a bit too high.

I'm trying to name this chap, I'm thinking Owen, or Aiden, Or Dorian... something ending in "en" or "an" seems fitting. He's a somewhat timid, massive black lion with extremely poor eyesight, tends to avoid people. Don't know his history yet, but the poor fellow got his ears torn up somehow.

He's either lion and akita, or lion and Chow, black and charcoal grey brindle. I left the markings off to focus on figure. For once, I'm really pleased with this.
