I really like this. The slim shape really makes it look female. Not like... some other dragons I've seen. I also like the big long claws. But the legs probably are a little too thin. Compared to the really heavy claws, the legs are just sticks, that look like they wouldn't be able to carry those claws. Doesn't look bad and is just my personal opinion, but making them just a little stronger would make it look more "realistic". Thinking about the skeleton... I guess you tried a smooth cartoon style. But it still needs joints. For example the arms. The wrists look like rubber sticks. It may be the art style, but it makes it look a little weird. Same with the wings, you should make the joints a little visible. You did a curved line here, but that's not what wings look like, except you want a really cartoony style. But the whole drawing looks too "serious" - not cartoony enough - for that.
Anyway, for a "sketch" it is really well done. I would like to see the colored version soon. ^^

Yeah the way I used to draw dragons tail weapons seemed wrong to me now. :/ I realized they are supposed to grow with dragon. I used to draw them as if they screw on like a light bulb, which made no sense.
