From the last page , it looked like ROMDOS-tan got herself in a lot of trouble!PTS-DOS-tan , a technical engineer with a witty, usually mature personality along with a mischievous streak shows up and pulls a prank. She is known for her sophisticated pranks, but this was not one of them... Or was it? There's a double-meaning to the joke in there!

ROMDOS-tan has gotten away with her tricks... so far!
Once I figured out how to draw PTS-DOS-tan's hair, she wasn't too hard to draw. But I wonder, how did you and C-Chan manage to draw her hair?
Unfortunately, the reason she hasn't spoken at all is because I don't know any Russian phrases or how to type them out! But I'm assuming she's also good at nonverbal communication as well.
The double-meaning to PTS-DOS-tan's joke is that C64-tan said that ROMDOS-tan's XBOX mod is sophisticated and looks like something PTS-DOS-tan would come up with. So she appears and pulls a very unsophisticated prank as a jab at ROM-DOS-tan!
