Commission for =TheMasterNeko

I...gotta admit, I thought this was going to turn out like soggy paper.
I for one, dislike dance moves and emotes, and with flashing light things (I bet there is an official name for them, not that I know it) strobe lights it was more of a challenge.
As per normal I made the emote in mspaint. Making 6 separate emotes dance in a loop of ten frames. After figuring out width etcetc, I made the background the same colour's as dA's and saved each frame. I threw a few odd frames into Gimp to add a semi-transparent light-thing strobe lights. To then convert it with Giffy, adding transparency while I was at it. To the chuck it all together with Unfreez.

^Sound like a mess/confusing? It was. I'm surprised my computer didn't crash from having so many things open.
Maybe one of my more complicated emotes, I'll give it that.
