Description
Loved the Kelp that was washed ashore during low tide on Mull. It was all too easy imagining it to consist of myriads of alien spores, ready to take over the world.

There wasn't much colour to begin with, it's almost the way it really looked.

black and shiny devil eggs,
gifts from a careless sea,
lay scattered like such flotsam,
on the coasts of galalee,
many men have fallen,
in attempts to steal this prize,
some have gone deep down below,
and none of them survived,
such hatefull little hatchlings,
these deadly demon spawn,
hungry and deceitful beasts,
i wish they'd not been born.

Very interesting effect with the grayscale. They look metallic, or fragile, like paper-thin ash.

Did you get to see the red, poisonous Lion's Mane Jellyfish? They always amazed me because of their size.
