Description

You know what it is (it's another Flight Rising commission). The subject this time was Maserati for Seradis .

This one was a little intimidating at first. Such apparel! I really liked the rough sketch for this, though, so most of the work came down to sorting out which feathers and brambles went where.

It was also surprisingly tricky to work out the colors for this one—the skin she's wearing has a lovely subtle cool gray/purple color scheme, and even small variations ended up shifting the overall feel dramatically. I ended up pushing some pinks and popping some blues, and I think it balanced out in the end.

Finished yesterday evening (August 11)

Drawn in Procreate on iPad Pro, ~5 hours working time.
