saku: Lousy title...Tadaa...was bored on Chinese New Year, so i decided to play with my paint..Didnt do a good job on that...since the bg sucks horribly.
Wish i have some copic markers...they sure will make the colourings better (i hope...lol)
well, the bg wasnt supposed to be this green patchy stuff... the original one was just plain white...but being a perfectionist, i went to add something. Not a pretty castle, but a green patch bg, which, in fact does not match the girl AT ALL!?!?! ARG!
Anyways, i think i like the girl's hair a lot.

It's not as bad as you think. Actually, it is very good painting! I could never do that... I too used to digital painting liao. A girl no need to always match with a castle, you can draw whatever you like.

My digital painting takes wayyyyy too long and it isnt so good for my eyes...lol...well, you cant expeect me to stare at pc while my relatives are here (during CNY), rite? so, i'll just do the traditional way...lol..

saku: nay...i wish my school has art classes...sec 1 and 2 do lots of paper cutting...nothing to do with painting...lol.... well, just playing around with paint may help. i think... lol... i just lack of copic markers...or else i wont go to the extend of colouring with poster colours.. (colouring is fun, waiting for the paper to dry and cleaning up is NOT fun...)lol...

saku: first, i outline the picture with colour pencils...well, they do smudge, but not obvious enuff...then, after painting, i color another layer of colour pencils over the pic again...ya, like that...hard work, esp you have to wait for teh pic to dry before applying the next layer of colour pencils...lol.
Go try out! lol...it's fun... (to me, tat is)...lol.
