Ugh it's so random and ugly, I had no ideas for this. This is my entry for but it'll prolly get disqualified for blandness >:CYeah I forgot to color in those little white blotches sorryyyyyy. And it's bright to the extremity but please bear with it~ DD:

While I dislike when people hate on their own art and have a rant in my head for that, I like the concept of this much more and will rant on it for a bit. Your shading is excellent; it's very colorful, almost to the point of being psychedelic, but much softer on the eyes. The statement you are making, which I read as an artist exhales color / creativity / life, may not be new but this is a very clear view of it. I love how instead of just being a randomly color aura, you've filled it with stuff of the imagination.
And while this is hardly a critique, I think there is another layer of depth / meaning you could add, even now. Imagine this scene with artist breathing creativity all over the place. Imagine many artist together doing this at once. In my mind's eye, this would be a bit overwhelming with so many ideas. However, and this is more often the case, artist are alone in breathing out their wonders on this banal and ugly world. Perhaps that's my age and cynicism talking... but what I imagine being that next layer for your drawing is having a graphite / grayscale drawing of a city or other imposing environment as the background. Now instead of simply exhaling for the sake of themselves, the artist is breathing new life and color into an otherwise constantly dying world. The idea of entropy, of death and rebirth, would be much more intense.
So this piece is hardly bland. Bland is what is often on the dA front page; it has very good technique but very little life. It's because of little gems like yours I really appreciate being a part of the dA community. Let me know if you ever add that extra layer; I'd love to see how you interpret it. Good stuff you got here.
