Lucy and Charlie can actually change their eyes to red as well, but they don't usually.

ooh.... lolz... sorry bout that. its just that, ophelia is a sleeping head (right?) so i can barely see the color of her eyes. lucy and her dad's eye colors are so contrasting its like fire and ice. i think thats what makes this picture so enchanting for me.

Yeah, her and Vin are both dreaming heads, but her eyes are slightly more closed, and her eyelashes also obstruct her eyes sometimes.
