Another one of them just because. <3Photographing these two has been quite a challenge. Having two dolls interact side by side instead of face to face is something I don't do often, and I have to think of different ways to show their emotions. It's fun learning though.
Lulu is the headstrong one of the two. She'll say what she thinks, and is rather paranoid of people staring at her, including her own sister. It's much harder for her sister to see her now that she cut her eye >.>
Lily a lot calmer and softly spoken. While she often doesn't agree with her sister, and argues with her, she often needs her for emotional support, and allows Lulu to take charge most of the time.

I have a hard enough time posing one doll, let alone two and making them look natural. You do it really well. They just work together. ^_^

so, heres a stupid question, but do you consider them one doll or two? cause if they were real, obviously theyd be two people with separate personalities. but as dolls theyre one complete object....ive put too much thought into this for this early in the morning, i'll stop now XD

I go back and forth. I consider them one most of the time, but when I'm counting how many dolls I have, I sometimes consider them two. XD

That is so cool. o_o I would imagine it's much harder to pose and figure out natural, realistic poses for them. But I love it.

Yeah its a challenge. I've found them interacting with their surroundings isn't hard, its just when you do portait shots like this. Hard to make them not look like just dolls. :S

Really? I would imagine interacting would be hard. o_o But maybe that's just me. You've seem to find some of the science out, lol. What made you pick conjoined twins? It's kind of really awesome.

Cause a number of my dolls are me going "You know what I want? A doll like ____" And conjoined twins was one of them XDDD And really it was just me justifying having a Goth Lucy >.>

lol I always have to justify my dolls. XD
I just winged it for the stringing. They're only strung together in the arms, then I padded out the gap with a piece of foam, and made a kind of elasticband to sit around their waists and keep them together. It doesn't look amazing, but no one has to see it, and it gives me the ability to pose them a lot easier than if I did some permanent attaching of the two (which I'd rather not do because I still want to have the option of pulling them apart in case I need to use one of the bodies for fitting reasons with commissions or whatever). /ramble

That makes a whole bunch of sense. lol. You can't even tell they're not fully attached. You did a damn good job. I really love them. *_* I've been fascinated by looking at the pictures.

You did a great job on diffrent expressions here. Lulu looks more reserved to me, kinda glaring at the camera. Lily looks more tired and curious.
