Is this home? Both my parents are from here and all my extended family are here - my daughter and I were up visiting for a ;ong weekend...first time up for her and first in over 20 years for me

I'm from the Pacific Northwest, and have spent a lot of life in and around Seattle. So, yes, "home" seems like the right word. There's even a village on Bainbridge Island that the locals still call "Winslow" so you can imagine I really feel at home. Here's a website with the info: [link]

LOL! Sadly I don't want Tustin - it used to be a pretty part of the state but way too much urban sprawl now!!

thats a great piece of work Ruth.. I remember when they put that up.. we were in Anchorage....dad got sent down there for some part of the fair that had to do with robotics and shipping...
