Hahah! It's a very good tutorial. It looks so real. Is it clay you use?

Ah okay. ^-^ I have honestly never used clay before. But you make it look fun. But I suspect that it's very hard and annoying?

The submission is old, but yet good for use... So. I thought that I could try to sculpt some mini meat (1:9 scale, because my miniature room is in that scale) and searched for some ref or tutorial, and found this to be the best. The result I got was VERY different, but not in a bad way! My clay is called as silk clay, and it's airdrying and not comparable to polymer clays, so I needed to try something. Knives and texturing tools don't work with that (quite unknown) clay, but I can do simple things from it. I made a roll of some meat wrapped to some pastry (whatever); the idea is somewhat same as with that meat you did, although the result couldn't easily remind about it. Thanks for this. Photos I could post when my personal photographing pause is over. (I mean, the try was very successful, now I have a shelf filled with mini food pieces...) I think I can survive even later with this creepy clay!

I am new to polyclay, but I've always wanted to make an old fashioned butcher shop. Your tutorial will help me a step further into that direction.... after all, everyone makes cupcakes and wedding cakes, right?

High five, this is excellent! I am SO tempted to try this, er, recipe. I want to incorporate meats into my jewelry now.

If I do, I promise that I will. However, my main crafts take up all of my funds, and as tempting as it is to start working with clay, I just don't think I can afford another hobby right now.
