Description A skunk. Photo taken in rural California. The skunk was live trapped by accident while trying to get a cat. It was released with out hazard of stink. The Skunks that I have met are all well mannered and I haven't ever had one spray me. They Only do that to idiots and dogs.

I hope you get the stink-stacks removed, they are adorable but it isn't cool when they get scared.
Out of curiosity where would you be buying one?

Oh of course I would! In Oregon when I go to collage and have everything ready for it. I would be getting it as a baby so I could train it.

Good to know you have it all planned out! Where I live every Easter people buy chicks and most of them end up dead or abandoned because people don't know how much care it takes.
What species will you be getting? I've always fancied those Eastern spotted skunks.

As have I. But it does not matter to me, one will win my heart over! I am naming her Thumper. tehe. I have done alot of research about them so I am not going into this blindly, I know the shots they will need, what NOT to feed them, how to disipline them...etc

Thumper! You're going to name a skunk after a rabbit?

Yes, yes I am. So that whenever I mention her name people will be like "You have a rabbit?" and then I can look at them in confusion and tell them I have a skunk

XD You sound a lot like me, I named my horse Temari so I could correct them ever time they said it wrong. I hear it so often pronounced Tamera/Tameri or Tamale. No, she isn't named after a burrito.
