A half-hour drawing of a friend of mine named Steve, who is in my Figure Drawing class. It was his turn to to model yesterday (all the students in the class take turns), and this is what came out. He wasn't really holding a spear, but a broomstick. I changed it to a spear because weapons are so much more interesting than utilitarian household objects. Unless, of course, to you weapons *are* utilitarian household objects....Related content
