iT"S DON ERound Two - Strong Winds on Amusement Archipelago
Spencer is fighting... two of their friends! Yay! Wow, how much fun it is to casually try not to seriously injure your friends!
The terrain certainly wasn't something Spencer was used to - they're such a slender person that a strong wind could uproot them! Mei and Quinn were ready to attack, but Spencer took advantage of the windy terrain and used Sweet Scent against the two, disarming them enough for Spencer to recover their composure with their Overgrow ability and getting ready for the rest of the battle.
Mei belongs to Rika35 .
Quinn belongs to Hojitsu .
Pokemon, Ivysaur, Kadabra, and Karrablast belong to Nintendo.

Dang son, this came out so nice! I think you really achieved a sense of wind in this, esp with all the movement you have portrayed! As much as I love Spencer and their ridiculous (ie amazing) attire, i think I love Mei the best here. Her pose looks so effortless and works really well with the panel shape, and i LOVE how that corset part of her clothing looks??!!
The BG is so pretty too, I like how it matches your first entry. Good luck in this round!!

Thanks so much!! I actually had to reference a lot of pictures before I managed to get the wind effects right. I learned a lot from my dA friends here :'D So thank you all, collectively!
Hehe, I liked drawing Mei the most, so you're good! She's so much fun to draw, and Rika gave me permission to dress her up so I just went for it! I felt like she would like functional corsets - Mei seems like the type to detest clothes that make sword fighting impractical. you have birdmir to thank for Spencer's shirt. She's the one who designed it!
I think I might have a recurring theme of simplifying backgrounds as much as I can here :'D it makes working on the moves and the figures a bit easier.
Of course, if the plant dork ever face off, I'll be pulling all the stops I can!

Spencer isn't a very offensive person (they only have one offensive move after all, and it's pretty embarrassing to use!) so they had to get creative with this!

Thank you so much Goaterz! Placing the colors was the most fun part of this process. I find most of my pieces with Spencer become very warm. I just don't think cool hues are appropriate for them! XD
I actually made a scatter brush for the flowers! It was pretty fun actually - I might try refining it so there is more variation~

hehe, birdmir designed the shirt! I just turned it into a crop and threw it over Spencer's favorite blue dress - they wear that thing a lot, surprisingly!
