Well, I've had this file on my computer for like a month now -_-'and I finally got around to finishing it, so.... yeah....
Anyways, for those of you who don't know, this is Kirito, the main protagonist from the Anime "Sword Art Online". This anime is about people getting trapped inside a virtual reality video game, and when you die in the game you die in real life. And the only way out is to clear the game.
- and that's Kirito's health bar in the top right (hence the whole "video game thing") for those of you who may wonder what that is. I included it last minute thinking the top right looked a bit empty.
Also, for those of you who care, I decided to try a new style of coloring with this one. I recently learned how to set my brush to pen pressure in Photoshop so i decided to experiment on the background with it. I'm actually pretty impressed with the way it came out considering my artistic abilities and i colored this mostly as an experiment (i didn't originally draw this with the intention of coloring it)...
I also tried to copy the art style used in this series, it was pretty hard to do considering i usually don't draw anime in this style (the face especially).
I also just learned how to do leveling on Photoshop -_-' and i think i went a bit overboard.
maybe a lotAlso, if anyone knows some good setting for a hard pen-pressure brush that gives a nice blending and fading effect. Feel free to let me know. i can never seem to make one that works

Pretty much all my drawings so far have just been me experimenting with Photoshop, so i'll figure out how to use it eventually

Does the shading look ok though? I ended up using a hard brush on Kirito even though i used a soft airbrush on the background, and well, i think it turned out fine despite all the worrying

Try a feathering effect on your brush if you're looking for a fading technique.
