This is a new addition to something I missed adding to: JustinandDennis 's Busytown-Fan-Club .In the picture, Miss Honey, the school teacher, sits down on a wooden recliner with her hands and forearms on the armrests, and she is resting her feet.
This was in mixed media, as this what I used for which:
Colored pencils for the background and the recliner
Crayons for the inner ears, the pads on the soles of her feet, and all of the fur
Markers for the nose, inner mouth, tongue, buttons on her cardigan, golden brooch, and the claws on her fingers and toes
And a mix of both crayons and markers for the cardigan and the dress
And toned-down mechanical pencil for the collar on her dress.
I shot this without flash, but made sure to keep the shadow off the image and crop unwanted surroundings out.
