Description Haven't sprited for about a few months, I think my skills micht have dulled a bit. Anyway, just a random fakemon I created.

This Pokemon represents a sea turtle species with a very powerful shell and a body composed entirely of a sacred mist. The unknown element is described as a mystical blue fire that does not burn, but rather, freezes at such a temperature that may feel as if it is burning. A jewel on its shell collects water vapor to keep its form and once ever hundred years, it freezes its entire misty body to regenerate.

By the way, is this made from scratch or is it a splice? I can't imagine which Pokemon sprites you would have used.

Nonsense, you haven't gotten rust at all. =/

The only thing wrong with it is that the shading at the bottom of the neck is a bit weird, but other than that, there's not much else.

It looks to be quite bulky, what do you plan the base stats to be? =o

And will this be in your region, the, uh, Watchamacallit region?

Just a random Legendary Pokemon I made up for the WSC that I am not really thinking in including it in any game.

Its body is made entirely of mist xD In real life, keeping a form will be nearly impossible.

Um, it's got that shell. That would probably add some SpD and Defense to it, and the fact that it's mist would make it hard to hit, so perhaps high Speed and low HP? 8D
