Err...sort of... You see, that's actually Jack, but he's been infected by Aku (the demon with the great flaming eyebrows) and is gradually transforming into him. At this moment, only half of his body is transformed, and you're seeing the Aku half. So he has only ONE great flaming eyebrow xDDD

I actually found it after I thought about it. It's probably the only episode I ever missed. I wish the show had been given a true finale.
