Backstory: Auran has spent many a decade walking the lands of Dreamyre, often making his home in Chambery, but he honestly never stayed in one place for too long. Raised from a young fusion of a bramblin and eevee, Auran was blessed (or cursed) with having a ghost typing. Due to this, he has seen much. Over the years he adopted many different children and helped them grow. Whether due to being orphaned or abandoned, Auran always had time for kids. All of them either took to calling him father or brother, which over time meant he had family everywhere. He loved them all, and loved helping the children of those he raised as well. Auran was actually on one of his adventures when there was suddenly Pokemon coming out of what was supposed to have been a dead end cave. Pokemon he had never seen before. They called themselves a Rescue Team? Apparently they were all about helping people, and they had just come from the other side of the cave. This was a pathway to a different region? How peculiar. It took some time with talking to a young Ralts named Vivi before Auran asked to join their team. They apparently had quite a few young to take care of, and honestly, what better thing to do? Exploring and helping? This old man still had a lot to do.
