Housing: Haven Tree (with Merlin)

Backstory: Kalei was originally from Alola, born and bred to a be a pet for some rich family. Being a 'designer' pet mixed with Comfey and Skitty, she was the perfect little garden cat that took care of herself while purring and sitting in your lap. It was one day she was out exploring her family's backyard garden enjoying all the flowers and bug pokemon when she found herself being violently ripped into a portal. Like many other places in the world, there was an instability of portals, but she had only heard of it on the news when her humans watched it. Here she found herself being whisked into the freezing cold of some floating island. There was a forest or a cave, and not wanting to deal the cold any longer than she had to, Kalei found herself trying to find some plants to hide in to keep warm. The area was bustling with Pokemon, but from this world and those in a situation similar to hers. It was probably a few days before Vivi showed up. A small ice typed Ralts who was looking for lost Pokemon to take to her world. Honestly, Kalei wanted to go home, but any world seemed better than this one, and so she showed herself, asking for help to escape this freezing cold. Vivi was blunt, but friendly. Kalei was led into some strange portal before the world of Etherium opened up before her. It was so green! There were no humans? Everything was a lot to take in at once, but it was so much better than that freezing island. Kalei was taken back to the guild where she was told she would be taken care of. There is where she met Merlin, a strange cat/dog hybrid that she immediately befriended. The played and goofed off before he asked her to join him and Vivi on their Adventure Team. It sounded like a lot of fun, and while she would have to learn how to battle, it was the start of a new life
