Ok, I have nothing whatsoever against the art in this piece. Great lighting, great expression, and amazing shading and attention to detail
But, to be honest, this is terrible battle armor.
I know you said: "who cares if she's showing skin? The cold never bothered her anyway."
I'm sorry, but you do realize that she is EXTREMELY vulnerable here!! I'm just being realistic!! This armor gives no protection anywhere except her breast, butt, forearms and legs, while her important vital parts—stomach, chest, thighs, and neck, are offered no protection whatsoever. For now it doesn't matter if the cold doesn't bother her—I'm pretty sure swords and arrows would.
She could EASILY get hurt if, say, enemies started firing many many arrows at her giving her no time to protect herself with her ice powers. If she was covered more decently she might stand much more of a chance in battle.
I mean look, even her HEART is uncovered! What if a stray arrow hit her there, or a skilled opponent stabbed her? The heart is a vital organ and should always be covered.
To be honest, I don't even see how this is armor, and not some sexy, shiny, winter-looking bikini. Would someone honestly go into battle in this?
Listen, I'm really, really sorry if I offended you while saying this, but try thinking realistically for a while. This wouldn't work for any battle she was in and could easily get hurt in this. Another thing you could ask is: Would Elsa herself REALLY wear this?? I highly doubt it, she's more of a mature and clear-thinking regal person and not one to stick this on. I mean, it doesn't really strike you as "Elsa" more so than it does strike you as "Hot ice Queen that resembles Elsa".

it's when characters(usually female) are drawn in skimpy outing regardless of logic and reason so that it would be more attractive to the fans(usually male) you can see alot of examples of that in games and movies in general, characters wearing revealing pieces of armor which would not really protect them from any bodily harm.

no not ENTIRELY made to attract "guys" , jeez. haha. However most gaming companies design characters like that because it's more bad-ass. Sometimes artists don't need to justify their designs, whatever looks "ideal" doesn't always look good, so we try and make it look more appealing to audiences.

Well (this is just me saying this, so no offense ) but who cares what those gaming companies do to make things more attractive? Why not do something completely different? You have enough artistic talent, use it to do something completely original and awesome!!
Listen, the big problem is is that these video game ads for these sorts of things are all over Facebook and dA, and the people who put them there have no thought of who might see them. I personally hate this sort of clothes design because my little sister likes to watch me on the computer sometimes and used to see those ads. (I ended up getting PM, so she (and me) wouldn't see them anymore XD) But every time she did see them, she would wince and ask me "Why do they even dress them UP like that??"
But this is the thing, how can you tell who's going to see this? That's why I get reaaallly ticked at seeing those people who are hardly ever covered up who usually make the front page—not because it annoys me, but because they have no thought for some underage kid who might get scarred for life seeing that. (The pictures weren't even labeled under "mature content" for crying out loud!!!)
I guess that's my biggest problem with these sorts of things. Also, (this is just me) but I get annoyed whenever people make characters do things that they wouldn't normally do—such as your drawing of Elsa wearing this type of armor. I get it, I understand, you want to make her look more appealing to audiences, but I'm pretty sure you can do that without showing too much skin, you know what I mean? And are you sure Elsa herself would wear this? 
I guess to wrap this up is to say, again, I'm sorry if I offended you with anything I said. I'm, if you hadn't noticed, a bit of a realist

exactly what he said^ and haha i forgot to put "impractical" battle armour WOOOPS!!;3 It was not meant to look bulky and protective even, it was meant to look sexy and badass at the same time. And plus Elsa has magical powers sooooo even if she's naked she can take care of herself lol
