Week 34 - Smudge from Warrior Cats

pspspspspps. I KNOW they got to see each other many many times after Rusty first left for the forest but the books and the authors have always mentioned that Smudge was really hurt and sad to see his best friend leave him and travel out into the forest. This black and white pudgy guy was Rusty's neighbor, his best friend, and (spoiler warning ahead) told stories of him and the clans to other Kittypets and Loners once they had left the territory. That's why we have one of the best clans in existence, Warriorclan. Smudge is super underrated and I think his feelings should have been put into account!

I know the background doesn't exactly fit. I mean, I don't know what kind of fence his twolegs would have (I know I made Princess' much different), I don't really care for having consistency, I followed the background from the reference photo I had and I think it turned out really well! I played a lot with lighting and shadows and...wow, it does really look amazing.

I'm proud! The year is coming to a close soon and I have about 34 artworks from this challenge. I still have so much more to do as well. I'll get to the next week's art real soon, it's only my third week of college after all.
