This is one of the cutest Sonic fanarts I've seen
Blaze and Cream are my favourites, Cream looks great in Blaze's outfit and I love how she wears her hair ring on one ear. Blaze looks really cute with the pigtails, dress and that blush you gave her, looks like she is finding out the problems with long tails and dresses.
The heart theme looks quite good on Amy and Rouge actually looks quite cute in that dress, I think it's the hairband that makes it.
Art wise that's a nice style you have, game style figures but with a nice twist with the colourings and outlines. Background is simple but well done and the subtle features included like the Sonic doll makes me smile. I think the best part is how you can convey all their emotions so well.
