Wow, my 300mm telephoto lens arrived today. Although it was late in the afternoon and a bit windy too, I managed to take a few test shots. This is one of them. Tripod, remote cable and natural lighting. I have no idea what kind of flower it is, but a few of them were growing wild in my backyard.

Update: appears to be a Cuckoo Flower (Cardamine pratensis). See also:
