But in all seriousness app for pokehost ! I actually had his character for this group for ages in my stash-but didnt have quite the muse till recently. Remade his character/design and viola!

Thankfully I got this done between my assignments Still pretty busy, but I already had an extension on the Keldeo spot aaaAah. Thanks for your patience!

A thoughtful, but still-faced colt. He keeps a straight face and a straight posture where ever he goes. No matter the situation Fraser doesn't flinch or react brashfully...or act out at all really. He doesn't express any emotion but instead likes to deliberate about it. Action and expression through control is his principle including a strong sense of justice. While all this seems dandy it can often leave him really quiet and dead-pan. Most mistake his expression with coldness.

However he actually likes to talk. A common hangout with him is an afternoon at a cafe talking-especially on his love for his two favorite hobbies: chivalry, and fencing.

[ history ]

Fraser is a fine-culture born from ambassadors of his original country. Having to represent a portion of their culture meant being raised in a diplomatic sense for their whole family name. Their job was an almost inherited position meaning he as their sole son was next and expected to carry their fundamentals. Since he could walk Fraser was told how to walk, talk, and even court if he had too. His parents wouldn't have it any either way despite stiffening any of his own wants.

It really didn't leave him room to develop into his own character which led to a cold outward contrast. Fraser nearly lost a sense of self until he found ambition in the form of fencing. Even if it was a sport his parents chose for him, Fraser loved how it required skills of his own part and became a sense of meditation for any free thoughts of his own while he guided the blade. "Resolution" came through reflection of his own free character years into the sport.

Eventually he realized that perhaps he needed space to "find himself" so to speak. Ouran was a school that would take him far away from his carefully guided life and family but still be good enough for his parents to agree. After enrolling and getting a board Fraser is all to happy to stay here while he "figures himself out" so to speak. One day he hopes to be a good husband and father to his own family away from the harsh responsibility of the original family lineage.
