This was done in April 2017.

GUESS WHAT, GUYS. MY TABLET FINALLY CAME. WHICH MEANS I'M GOING TO BE COLORING ALL THESE SKETCHES (AND SOME STUFF THAT'S BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR AN ETERNITY), AND THEN MAYBE I'LL DRAW EVEN MORE.

With all this coloring, all the sketches/hand-drawn pictures I've been posting in the last couple weeks will be moved to my scraps, and some of the same information will be copied over to the colored pictures just in case.

I made a mistake when I decided to color this picture. The original jpeg file from my phone was HUGE, and I didn't resize it for the coloring process, so some of the lines might look a little funny. I will not make that mistake with the rest of the pictures. Because this picture in particular was so big also, my usual hair and eye coloring style had to be adjusted, so the details on those sections are a little unpolished.

Backgrounds are still hard for me, and realistic things like rocks and waves/water and clouds look like messes when I do them, but at least they look OKAY. Could be worse.
Atina's color scheme as a mermaid is based on her signature outfit.
I think her eyes made her look a little older/more mature in the hand-drawn picture. Oh well.

I think it turned out pretty okay. Not bad for not having used photoshop for over a year. I had to remember how I liked to do things. It's slowly coming back to me, lol.
