Finally I made this tutorial! (and longest one I've ever done)Took me sooo long... Orz... Thank you for your waiting so patiently!
If it can give you an idea of digital coloring, or help you speed up your drawing process, then it was worth the effort.
This is just a personal way in which I do cell style coloring that I am sharing with you, but it's definitely not the only way, nor the best way.
I think the key steps in the tutorial are steps 5 and 6
A tablet is not a necessary requirement for trying is out.
Any question you met when you tring this out feel free to ask.

It's cool to finally see the tutorial. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it. Though I don't have photoshop and use paint instead so it's different to what I use. But the concept still applies. Thanks for the tutorial.
