You did a great job on 'ol Hattie here. I could totally see him with this design if there were a HM animated series(if only). And I love how his eyes seem to have a sort of "glow" to them as well as that creepy smile. He's the perfect picture of a "grim grinning ghost." I always have a hard time drawing him. Never comes out looking like how I want.>.<
I've been hearing the buzz about his possible return and am hoping it's true. We'll just have to wait and see...

I love how unsettling he looks here, I think the limited palette really contributes to that. Like if I turn off the lights his eyes will glow in the dark or something.
While I definitely want Hatbox back in the Mansion, I'd rather have them wait five more years for the 50th anniversary of the ride. I should be able to save enough for a trip by then.

For a while there's been a rumor that he'd return in May for Disneyland's 60th anniversary celebration.
