Vriska is a loving character who's extremely missunderstood because of her actions she was sort of forced to do. She also missunderstood her society and what was expected out of her because of her blood and hierarchy. But John accepted her the way she was, she never had to show him how strong and ruthless she was to get him to like her. She could be herself with him and he never turned his back on her whenever she opened up to him. Quite the contrary, he always tried to understand her and make her feel better.
I guess that is why Vriska is so afraid that John might forget about her and why she always asks his past self if he remembers her. He's the only one who ever accepted her the way she was. Losing John would be losing herself. They're an extremely lovely couple and I'm happy that they can be together in the bubbles forever, having their date. And we've all seen that John wouldn't leave her alone either, he didn't leave Jade alone on that ship, although many were there with her.
Anyways, lovely piece, it shows both of them quite nicely ^^ This piece should have more faves and comments, dammit!

i like this picture a lot, especially since while he does appear to be in thought, he isn't in agony, which gives Dead!Vriska reason to worry about whether or not she is missed.
