Personality :
Seemingly normal, Aj is rather straightforward and realistic about life. She doesn’t like to dote in drama and would rather to just go in and get what she needs to do done as soon as possible in the most effective way. Not impervious though, as she can get easily flustered if you start to toy with her concentration or her in general, which might be a good time to add she’s a tincey tiny bit homophobic. It doesn’t bother her about the people who practice it, but attempt to include her and it then it’s a completely different matter. She’s not one to put full faith into a person easily, and it’s even harder now, she has complete and total trust and loyalty in family though, which means that she’ll pick going in with only Tanis over a safe group any day. In addition, Aj is slightly ocd, and will clean up what she can on my belongings....she’s come to the understanding she can’t always keep her uniform clean very fast.

There is also another side to Aj, like all people, that is not all too desirable but, it only happens when nobody is looking. Aj can be painfully observant, a habit she picked up from her father, and if she can’t sleep or has nothing to do will watch the people around her making mental notes. This mostly happens at night, and she’ll study their behavior. Precise, cunning, and tactical she’ll know when to make a move to ensure Tanis and her survival behind the scenes from the undead, because to her..... that’s all that matters.

Background History :
Born in Scandinavia, Aj grew up a few years of her childhood with her cousin Tanis, they were very close up until Aj’s mother felt it was time to move back to her home....America. The two families kept in touch though, most her Uncle calling her father to tell her things that were happening with Tanis that were not always pretty. This gave an interesting direction in how Aj was steered into the person she is now. Let’s rewind a bit though, shall we?

As a world class doctor, Aj’s father always had high expectations for her when she was first born, and this certainly was shared by her mother. The perfect family, certainly a great intention and goal, but they could never imagine how it could go wrong. Once in America, Aj was pushed in anything her parents could put her in and have it stick, ballet, piano, mathletes, spelling bees, soccer, football, baseball, tennis, and all the advanced classes she could possibly have. It was a lot of pressure, and with the increasing bad news of Tanis that they would use to scare Aj into learning from and avoiding, and even more formed into the caste of the perfect child her parents were making for her.

Nothing is perfect though, and Aj eventually began to see the flaws in her parents and her so called perfect family that they sold to everyone. The occasional strange man that visited the house for her mother, or the many numbers on paper in her father’s office.....Her mother was cheating, and her father was gambling as well as flip flopping between addictions,yet they were still together, even when they both knew about the other’s doing. The act had going on so long it was too late to defy it, it was a part of their lives, and Aj was not free from flaw either. It wasn’t until she fully understood what was wrong that Aj started to misbehave in a move directed fashion, she had at the time directed her stress with other methods, but she began smoking on the odd occasion and organizing and gathering things for the more active delinquents. Minor things that she’d never get caught for, and with her near perfect attendance rate and grades no one would suspect her, not even her parents, who might have been too enthralled by the caste of perfect child the bestowed onto her, and perhaps the bliss her father had when she displayed a heavy interest in the medical field.

Things finally caught up on her parents end as scandal on her mother's side was threated to be exposed, and her father's debts needed to be paid. Where else to go than to family? So the move to Russia was made, and Aj was entered in the academy roughly a week before the attack happened. So much for starting over....

Situation:

3) You are in the campus' field complaining about your P.E class and the sweat. Everything seemed normal before you heard screams not far from you. A classmate of yours was pounced on by your Science teacher who started biting her, causing your classmate to bleed a lot. Your P.E teacher tried to do something about the ruckus but only ended in getting a bite on his ankle, making him fall on the ground, screaming. What will be your reaction?

Staggering back in shock, Aj’s bright blue eyes widened before slowly stepping further back and away. Only a few yards off, she knew she needed to get away if they even thought about getting her! “You have got to be kidding me......”muttering under her breath, turning promptly on her heel to follow the example of her fellow students, fleeing in terror. Only Aj had a plan, obviously one formed on one too many zombie flicks, but still a plan nonetheless. Weapons, supplies, and a trustworthy partner.....probably the first time she’d be actually looking forward to staying with Tanis.
