Otto Toon = Autotune
Autotune is a process that can be used to "fix" a sloppy musical performance and also to "improve" the sound of a mediocre singer's voice. It perfectly "corrects" off-tune recordings but also sterilizes the music. It does have other uses but that is what it is best known for. Anyways, I am against sterilized music AKA robot music, so I created the super villain "Otto Toon" to represent that which I don't like

Wow it was done very well and I have to that soulectomy ray look like it really hurts! And after seeing Otto Toon I wonder if what other creations are next?

The idea for Otto Toon came shortly after I first had the idea for Serennia. A few months ago I had the idea for a cover like this but the idea wasn't fully developed. When I finally named his power the "Soulectomy Ray" and figured out his dialogue, it all came together. did the rest
