Think of it as an Alternate Outfit for the Ninja girl that also comes with its own special skills.

An outfit sometimes used by trainee ninjas to learn how to be quick and agile. Basically the various spirals on the outfit help channel energies throughout the body to assist in moving like a ninja or whatever.

The one she's wearing here has been modified from training to amplifying abilities. Magic-ki-chakra-energy-etc is directed to the spirals on the outfit, which allow her to create a powerful blast of air upon impact. She can also manipulate the air around her body to quicken movements.

The trade-off to this outfit is that she can't really use many of her other ninja skills or such.

Also should do one for Avy and Kenju's Alt Outfit, but first I need to work on their outfit abilities a bit more.
