I'm a little sad beacuse, I received & e-mail 2 days after, I submitted my art that Puerto Rico, wasn't in the sponsors jurisdiction & I couldn't participate, beacuse for some odd reason, althougth Puerto Rico is part of the US it wasn't included in the sponsors contest jurisdiction; But I'm happy at the same time beacuse they write to me in the e-mail:

Hi Kenneth,

That's a killer looking UMA, but I'm afraid that only residents of the US and Canada can enter as per our lawyers, so apparently Puerto Rico is not included.
