Hahaha, for me, that little part of butt also was the first detail that came to my eyes xD That crab on the seafloor looks like it's kinda curious but also scared to be so in the spotlight xD
Lovely nouveau card, I kind of interpret it like she has a house half below and half above the sea level, with windows everywhere to see the whole ocean in motion.

Ah, man! I would love to have a house where you could see the ocean in motion! One of my fondest memories on family trips was laying out on a raft gently being lulled to sleep by the rock of the waves and the sound of Enya's Caribbean Blue... To bad I'm allergic to sea water :'D I break out into a rash, looks really nasty.
